Introduction
Personality assessment can help employees to understand their natural preferences and patterns of behaviours. This improved self awareness can help them to be more effective in their work. It will also help them to anticipate and plan their development needs.

Objective
To profile the employees for a best fit in terms of selection, development and succession planning. This will identify the strength of the employee, so that the organization can harness that strength while the development needs are managed accordingly.

Methodology
The candidate will be given the campaign code to access the questionnaire on the internet. 127 questions will be answered in regards to themselves within a period of 10 – 18 minutes. After which, a report of 23 pages in PDF will be generated.
