METHODOLOGY
This intensive program will be based on short lectures, short assignments, syndicate work, group discussion and role play, presentation of video clips and sharing of best practice and role play using AL concepts/Prosci models.

PROGRAM ASSESSMENT
There will be an overall pre/post test and continuous assessment working in groups and individual. A mark sheet will be provided at the end of the program for each candidate. Each candidate should have a passing mark of 40% to receive the certification certificate. A coaching assessment will be conducted by the participant in the class to the standard required by the Facilitator

PERSONALITY PROFILING
All participants attending our programs will attempt the Trait Personality Profile inventory from the Aston Business School, UK, a comprehensive 23 page, workplace competency print out informing the candidate about their capability strength and improvements to be made

CERTIFICATION
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will become “Certified Workplace Performance Coach” issued by International Institute for Capability & Capacity Development. (IICCD)  It is owned by Chelsea International Management Academy Sdn Bhd.
